When something fails at sea, you need the right part fast — not in six weeks. We maintain stock of AV and IT components commonly needed for rapid replacement on superyachts, and we understand the urgency that ETOs and chief engineers face when systems go down.

From HDMI matrices and AV processors to control system hardware, network switches, and cable accessories — we supply the parts ETOs need, shipped to the nearest port or marina with the speed the situation demands.

We're also able to support ETOs with technical advice, wiring diagrams, and remote troubleshooting to get systems back online as quickly as possible.
